Tonya Herzog
Tonya Herzog began working at IHS as an administrative assistant in 1998.  Tonya now divides her time between administrative duties and serving as IHS' technology assistant. 

Tonya's administrative duties include overseeing IHS' physical and digital library of products and historical documents; designing PowerPoint presentations and customized CD-ROM marketing tools; and performing several administrative functions for the OCWTP contract.

As IHS' technology assistant, Tonya is the primary backup to IHS' Director of Information Systems.  This includes providing technical support to IHS' staff, installing and troubleshooting software and hardware, rolling out network upgrades to individual work stations, and phone system programming.
