Kathy Kelley

Kathy Kelley joined IHS in March 2004 as the Foster Care Support Specialist. Having spent the past 20 years providing secretarial and administrative support in a private agency offering birthparent counseling, foster care, and adoption services, Kathy now assists IHS’ adoption and foster care work teams.

In addition, Kathy manages IHS' TrainTrack software system, and provides technical assistance and training on the software to the Regional Training Centers.
