Christina L. Carter, MS

IT & Distance Learning Manager

Ms. Carter joined the Institute for Human Services (IHS) in 1995. As Manager of Information Technology and Distance Learning, she oversees the planning, purchasing, and development of all technology-related initiatives for the North American Resource Center for Child Welfare (NARCCW) and the Ohio Child Welfare Training Program (OCWTP). 

Ms. Carter holds a Master of Science Degree in Instructional Design and Performance Technology from Franklin University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Wittenberg University.
